Our prefab building process
A seamless experience
Our prefabricated homes are built in our factory and then transported to your site on a truck. We'll project manage the entire build and keep you updated at every step. Find out how our 7-step building process works below.
1
1
Initial consultations
Our experienced staff will explain our building methods and show you through our production line. This is our chance to discuss your site requirements and design preferences, including any house plans you like.
2
2
Proposal and design sign-off
The next step is to do a preliminary proposal based on your design preferences. We go over every detail with you to make sure that your new home is exactly how you want it and produce CAD renderings to help you visualise it.
3
3
Colour selection and council consents
We will show you samples for all the fittings and finishes. When you are happy with your selection, our team will prepare the contract for you to sign.
When the proposal is confirmed and the contract signed, we will submit the paperwork to your relevant council. Since our homes are prefabricated, the building consent process is easier than most projects.
4
4
Construction and inspection
In our factory, your new home will be added to our production line. Starting with a steel sub-frame makes it strong for transportation, providing a solid base for the rest of the structure.
Your home will be inspected regularly and we will send you regular photos and progress reports to keep you in the loop.

5
Interior and inspection
When the framing is complete, our team begins the interior fit-out. The walls are lined and painted, the kitchen and bathroom installed, and all the fixtures fitted.
We also complete the plumbing and electrical so they are ready to be connected to site services after delivery. All aspects of the home are thoroughly inspected before leaving the factory.

6
Site works and delivery
Once the prefab has been transported to its final location, we aim to complete sitework within 20 working days.
This stage typically includes connecting the house to site services, adding decks, baseboards, carports, or other extras, and completing final inspections.
When you have inspected the finished house with your Site Manager, we will hand over the keys.

Follow up
When the project is complete, our team is still available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. When you've had a chance to settle in, we will follow up to catch up on your progress.
